Good to know

If no-one's home: by default we leave the item in a safe place (porch, with a named neighbour) and send a photo. If you ticked "Hand to recipient only" at booking, the item is returned to the original pickup address for a £5.99 return fee. We don't re-attempt deliveries.
High-value items: we can't carry anything over £500 (jewellery, cash, electronics, watches). For fragile items use a sturdy box or padded bag, since runners use bikes and scooters.
Size & weight: up to 40 litres and 15 kg per errand.
